Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using droplink, you agree to these terms. If you're using droplink on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf.
The service
droplink lets you host, share, and manage web demos you upload. We scan every upload for malicious content before publishing, and we may remove or disable a demo that violates these terms without notice.
Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload. You're responsible for having the right to publish it, and for its contents. Don't upload anything illegal, malicious, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Acceptable use
Don't use droplink to distribute malware, phishing pages, or content that impersonates another person or brand without authorization. Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, security scanning, or plan limits.
Payment & billing
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout — one-time or recurring. Recurring plans renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime from your dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Disclaimer & liability
droplink is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
